If you use physical printers with your Prime Core devices, pairing them is as simple as ever. All you need to do is sign into the app, tap the printer to the device, and boom the printer is connected!
- Log into the Prime app, select a lot, and land on the price point screen
- Click on the Status Drawer at the bottom of the screen where you see the Setup, Transactions, and Inventory Icons
- Look for the Printer icon - it may have a red X or a green checkmark depending on whether it was previously connected to another printer
- Tap the right side of the printer (where the barcode is) to the back of the Prime Pro device
- The printer will connect automatically - this can be confirmed by seeing a green checkmark in the app and a blue Bluetooth light on the printer
- As an optional last step, you can tap the Printer icon and print a test page for further confirmation
