Adding VIPs to an Event

You can easily add and manage VIPs via our new VIP Manager app in Suite. This tool will allow you to add VIPs individually or in bulk with a CSV upload, by event or for multiple events at a time, and edit lot permissions all in one place!

Step by Step Guide:

1. From Suite, click on the "VIP Manager" application icon to access these features.
2. After clicking into the app, you will see a list of upcoming events at your venue(s).

If you do not have any events in your Portal and believe you should, please contact JustPark Support or email us your Event Creation Template with upcoming event details. The EDIT EVENT option will allow you to add VIPs individually or manage existing VIPs for a specific event. The UPLOAD CSV option will allow you to add a full list of parkers at one time, either for a specific event or for multiple events if the parkers are recurring.

To add individual VIPs for one event:

1. Select an event then press "EDIT EVENT"
2. Click "Create New VIP"
3. Enter a First and Last Name for your parker
4. Add additional individuals by clicking "Add Another VIP"
5. Select the lot or lots where these individuals should be permitted entry
6. Then, "Create New VIPs"!

To add a list of VIPs parkers to an event(s):

1. Select one or more event(s), then "UPLOAD CSV"
2. Select the lot or lots where the list of parkers should be permitted entry, then "NEXT: CSV UPLOAD"
3. Either drag and drop OR click on the window to upload a CSV file from your computer (this process will not work with any other document format so be sure to save your list properly.)
4. For ease of use and proper formatting, select the download template option
5. You will see that your upload was successful when you are sent back to the VIP Manager page with the event showing the number of VIPs you added.

VIP Manager Template Rules

If you are using the template to mass upload VIPs:

• Do NOT remove row 1 (first_name, last_name)
• Please begin inserting your VIPs first and last names beginning on row 2
• Special characters are not allowed. If inserted, the template may not upload correctly

To remove VIPs or edit their lot access permissions:

14. Select an event then press "EDIT EVENT"
15. Select one or more VIPs you would like to edit
