With NFC payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) on the rise, it's important to note slight differences in the refund process that exist between a payment made with a physical credit/debit card versus an NFC/virtual credit card. The following will outline the steps that should be taken in order to refund a payment made with an Apple Pay or Google Pay.

B. Select virtual card that was used to make payment.
C. Select the ellipsis icon in the top right corner of the screen.
D. The last 4 digits of your physical card, as well as the last 4 digits for your virtual card will be listed.
