On the Ingenico device, all you need to do is hold down the button on the right and the home button at the bottom of the screen for 10-15 seconds until you see the Apple Logo appear. It will reboot on it's own from there.
On the Prime Core device, remove the battery from the back of the phone for 30 seconds, before reseating the battery. Once the phone is turned back on, it is ready to go again!
