In Live, you now have the ability to see the utilization of your lots via the Lots Command View. This will give you a bird's eye view of all of your lots across a map and provide inventory details.
Key features include:
- Live operational overview of each lot — including occupancy, prepaid counts, credit transactions, and cashier activity
- Interactive map view with real-time traffic patterns to anticipate and adapt to flow
- Dynamic grid view to monitor performance across all lots in one place
To find this view, first select the Live app in your suite account. Then, click the link at the bottom of the Lots/Garages widget.
This view is updated real-time and will provide key metrics for you to make informed decisions on event day. As transactions come through, your lots will turn yellow as a warning when they're approaching their set capacity and then red when they're almost full.
Select Grid View in the top right corner to see a side by side breakdown of the activity in all of your lots
