JustPark Analytics offers robust reporting tools for your events within JustPark Suite. To find Analytics, log in to your JustPark Suite account. (Do not have a login? Please reach out to your Account Manager or CSM.)
Step by Step Guide:
1. After logging into Suite, select the "Analytics" tile.
2. You will then see your events in which transactions were processed on the handhelds. Select the event you would like to see data for:
3. Once selected, an "Overview" of the event will show. You also have the option to view Lot Inventory, Data by Cashier, Individual Transactional Data, as well as Cash Reconciliation.
By selecting "Transactions" you will be able to download a CSV of Raw Transactional data based on your filters.
You can also utilize our Roll-Up feature within Suite by selecting multiple events to see how they did against each other in regards to Revenue, Cars Parked, etc.
Lastly, you can utilize the Date Range feature to see information based on dates you input as well as events/lots within that date range. It offers a powerful search feature to look up barcodes, last 4 digits of credit card numbers, etc. You can download the transactional CSV from this page as well.
