Ever wanted to stop absorbing the cost of sales tax and other fees when collecting parking revenue? We hear you and we've got you covered!
Note: To have the Additional Charges option enabled, please reach out to your CSM.
Setting Up:
- Navigate to JustPark Suite (suite.parkhub.com) and log in
- Click "Legacy Portal"
- Click on "Additional Charges"
- You can either select a Percentage or a Dollar Amount for a "Tax". You can also add a custom-named Additional Fee with an option of a percentage or a dollar amount.
- Select the Transaction Type(s) you would like Additional Charges to be added to:
- Click "Save Configuration"
Please note: Additional Charges will be added to every event created thereafter. No additional work needs to be done!
Viewing the Additional Charges on the Handheld:
View Additional Charges Post-Event:
- Navigate to JustPark Suite (suite.parkhub.com) and log in
- Select "Analytics"
- Select an Event
- On the event analytics page, you will be able to see the received revenue for additional charges
