Previously, EventPass data was not included in Analytics and Post-Event Reports, resulting in an incomplete picture of event day performance. Users could only find EventPass information in Pass Management. We have now incorporated EventPass data into Analytics as well as Post-Event Reports, giving clients a more complete picture of event day performance and providing data consistency across reporting tools.
EventPass Data in Analytics
You will now see EventPass revenue included in your Total Parking Revenue and Prepaid Parking Revenue in the Revenue Rollups widget. We also added a new EventPass Revenue Summary widget, making it easier to monitor performance at a glance.
Additionally, EventPass transaction details are now captured in the Transactions download, giving you greater transparency into each EventPass. This includes:
- Pass type
- Sales channel
- Pass status

This widget is also available at the lot level within the Inventory tab, allowing you to review EventPass performance for individual lots.
You will also see this widget when using:

The existing view in Suite > Analytics > Daily / Event > Transactions now also displays EventPass transactions (redeemed and unredeemed).
You can continue to download your Transactions CSV as usual, but this file now includes EventPass transactions. In the exported CSV, you will see three new columns that have been appended to the existing download format:
- Pass Type
- Sales Channel
- Pass Status
In addition to these new fields, several existing columns will now update to reflect EventPass activity where applicable, giving you a more complete view of each transaction.

You will also see a new breakdown of Prepaids, showing how many passes were sold by source and by pass type, giving you clearer insight into EventPass performance across your event.
