Creating and Managing a Lot

1. Click the "(+ Create)" button on the left navigation bar

2. If not already, select "Lot" on the top right, make sure autosell is toggled on

3. Fill out required fields (lot slug and latitude/longitude will auto-populate)

4. Select your current Merchant Account

5. Select "Create Lot"

6. Once a lot has been created, contact Support to have it approved so that it is editable 

Once the newly created lot is approved, follow these additional steps: 

1. Add pricing to any price tags that you are currently using

2. Add the lot to any events that have already been created

3. Add the users that need the ability to transact in that lot 

4. Let your CSM know if an integration needs to be set up for this lot (turn around time for this set up is about 4 weeks)

1.  Click the "lots" icon in the left navigation bar. Here you'll see a list of the lots you operate. If you have a longer list of lots, you can use the search bar to find a particular lot.

2. Now, let's view details for one of your lots by clicking the arrow to the right of the lot name. Here you'll see details for the lot such as total spots, name, and location information.

3.  Scrolling down a bit further you'll see the list of assigned attendants. This is where you can add or remove attendants assigned to this particular lot. 
   Note: If an attendant is assigned to this lot, this lot will show up in their list of lots on the Prime app for every event the landmark is utilized. 

4. You also have the option to assign all new attendants to a particular lot by clicking the box next to "Assign all New Attendants". In addition, you can "Assign all Existing Attendants" to a lot.

5. Don't forget to hit the "Update" button at the bottom to save any changes you may have made.

Note the "Live" toggle at the bottom. Toggling this off is another way to stop selling for a lot for current and all future events. You can always turn it "back on" by making it Live again.

From the events page in Legacy Portal, you can control the lots in use for a given event by adding or removing them. On the desired event page, if you would like to disable a lot for an event, toggle it off. If you want to enable a lot for an event, toggle it on.

Always remember to save your changes down at the bottom of the page!
