Navigate to JustPark Suite (suite.parkhub.com) and log in
Select "Legacy Portal" in the top-left-hand corner. If you do not have access, please contact your ParkHub account team.
Select the "Create" tab on the left side of the screen
Select "User" in the top right corner of the screen
Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, Username, & Password
Click "Create User" to save
Once completed, please refer to Assigning Attendants to Lots
Please note that usernames must be unique across ALL JustPark clients. You may need to add a number or other unique identifier to a username in order to create the user.
