Permit transactions are authentication-only transactions (non-revenue generating) to allow for access and inventory control. A permit is physically represented as a QR/barcoded decal, printed/mobile pass, or hangtag - these can include (but are not limited to) employee parking permits, passes distributed by the venue to a specific group of parkers, etc. Permit owners are allowed multi-entry parking in designated lots for all events as long as their permit status allows.
- Navigate to JustPark Suite (suite.parkhub.com) and log in
- Select "Legacy Portal" in the top-left-hand corner. If you do not have access, please contact your JustPark account team.
- Select "Create" within the menu on the left-hand side
- The only REQUIRED field is "First Name"

Barcodes must be unique for each permit
- If you do not enter a barcode number, a barcode will be generated for you
- You can use the following resource to Print QR codes with the appropriate barcode number

To view or make edits to your Permits
A permit will be accepted through infinity, unless you specify a Valid To date or deactivate it. To edit a permit, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to JustPark Suite (suite.parkhub.com) and log in
- Select "Legacy Portal" in the top-left-hand corner. If you do not have access, please contact your JustPark account team.
- Select "Permits" within the menu on the left-hand side
- Select which permit you would like to make edits to:
- Once you are finished - select update for the changes to take effect
- If you want to "turn off" a Permit, click the toggle next to "Active" at the bottom of the page.
