Adding and Updating Pricing

To update pricing within a Price Tag, follow these steps:

To change tag pricing in your lot(s) you will first need to identify which tag you wish to modify. You can find the Price Tag your event was created with by selecting a specific event from the Event Tab in Legacy Portal. In this example, the "General Event Parking" tag has been selected.

1. Click "Pricing Tags" on the navigation page. Then find and click the designated tag.
2. Under the desired lots, click "Create Pricing" or "Edit Pricing".
3. You can change an existing price, add a new price by clicking "Add a Pricing", or delete a price by clicking "Delete". Additionally, you can set a quantity to determine how many spots are deducted from your lot inventory. For example, if you park a bus that takes up three spaces, one bus transaction would equal three spots sold.
4. Once you are finished, just click "Save".

It's important to remember, this tag pricing will apply to every event this tag is attached to. If you adjust a price for a specific lot from this page, it will apply to all future events with this tag.
