Exemptions are used to track non-revenue-generating transactions. For example, you want to be able to know how many police cars come and park in your lot, but you don't plan on charging them. By using the exemption feature, you'll be able to let them park free while keeping an accurate count of your lot inventory.
- Navigate to JustPark Suite (suite.parkhub.com) and log in
- Select "Legacy Portal" in the top-left-hand corner. If you do not have access, please contact your JustPark account team
- Select "Exemptions" within the menu on the left-hand side
- Select "Create New Exemption" in the top-right-hand corner
- Once selected, you will be prompted to create an exemption. What would you like your exemption to be called? Media, Staff, Police, etc. Select which lots you would like this exemption to be an option for. You can select one or multiple.
Please note: Exemptions will be active for every event until they are manually removed from Portal - Click "CREATE EXEMPTION"
