Below is a brief overview of JustPark's Legacy Portal. This is where you can view your events, create and manage lots, create and assign cashiers, set up pricing, and change user settings. There will also be links to relevant articles that go more in depth. If you do not have access to Legacy Portal, please reach out to us at service@justpark.com for assistance.
To get started:
- Log into Justpark Suite (https://suite.parkhub.com/)
- Click on the Legacy Portal tile
Upon clicking on the Legacy Portal tile, you'll see your organization's events listed in chronological order. This is where you can verify all event information is correct and ready to be transacted under. Each event is created with a "Pricing Tag" - the tag in which your pricing structure is attached.

Create
When clicking on "Create" in the lefthand toolbar, you'll see three options at the top right. These options allow you to create a lot, create a user/cashier, or create a permit. Any fields with an asterisk * next to the header is required.

Users
This is where you'll see all of your active cashiers who have access to Prime (as long as they're assigned to at least one lot during an active event). When clicking on a user, you'll be able to see their first and last name, as well as their username. You won't be able to view their password, but if you've forgotten it or just want it changed, you can do so here. You'll also be able to change the attendant's status. For example, if Harry Potter no longer works at your organization as a cashier, you can adjust their status from "approved" to "suspended" or "rejected". This will preserve all of Harry Potter's data and will no longer allow him to log into the devices.
Lots
Here, you will see all lots that are associated with your account. To make adjustments within a lot, simply click on the desired lot. Here you'll be able to edit:
- Total Spot Count
- Lot Name
-
Assigned Attendants
There is also an option to assign all existing attendants to the lot. Simply toggle on "Assign all existing attendants" and click Update at the bottom of the page. You can also tick the box next to "Assign All New Attendants", so that all attendants created going forward, are automatically assigned to that lot.
You will also see a section called "External Lot References". This is applicable to your integration and section names. Please adjust only at the direction of your account team or if you've been trained to do so.
Additional Charges
Here, you can set additional charges, such as technology fees or sales tax which can be set by percentage or by a dollar amount. You can either have these fees applied to all events going forward, a specified transaction type, or enable it on an event-by-event basis. To turn it on for a specific event, navigate to the "Events" option in the lefthand toolbar, choose the desired event, tick the additional charges option(s), and click "Update".
Note: This is a feature that will need to be enabled on your account. If you'd like to charge additional fees for parking, please reach out to your CSM.
User Options
This is going to be your access control section, where you can adjust Barcode Validation exceptions, Scan Preferences, License Plate Settings, Receipts type, etc. For more information on User Options, click HERE.
Exemptions
Exemptions are used to track non-revenue-generating transactions. For example, you want to be able to know how many police cars come and park in your lot, but you don't plan on charging them. By using the exemption feature, you'll be able to let them park free while keeping an accurate count of your lot inventory.
Permits
Permit transactions are authentication-only transactions (non-revenue generating) to allow for access and inventory control. A permit is physically represented as a QR/barcoded decal, printed/mobile pass, or hangtag - these can include (but are not limited to) employee parking permits, passes distributed by the venue to a specific group of parkers, etc. Permit owners are allowed multi-entry parking in designated lots for all events as long as their permit status allows.
