Only the Users (attendants) you choose will be able to log in and transact in a given lot. To add an attendant to a lot, please follow these steps:
1. Select the "Lots" option from the menu on the left side of your screen.
2. Click on the name of the lot you wish to edit.
3. Scroll down until you see the "Assigned Attendants" section.
* If an attendant is assigned to this lot, this lot will show up in their list of lots on the Prime app for every event.
2. If you create a new user, that user will not automatically be assigned to a lot. In order for a new user to be automatically assigned to the lot, you can check the box beside "Assign All New Attendants."
You can also assign individual attendants by clicking the "Add" button in the "Assigned Attendants" box and typing their name. Once their full name appears in the pop-up, click on it to assign.
Don’t forget to hit the "Update" button at the bottom to save any changes you may have made.
