To adjust your attendant's user information:
- Navigate to JustPark Portal, select "Users" within the left sidebar.
Note: You can use the search bar to search for a specific individual. When you select the user, you will find their First and Last name, as well as the username and password they use to log into the Prime app. You can then make the desired changes here.
Note: The email is automatically generated and is used for internal purposes. No action is needed.You also have the ability to change their role and status at any time. Be sure to click "Update". From there, you will automatically be redirected to your full list of attendants.
Keep in mind: Users that have transactions attached to their name cannot be deleted. They can only be suspended for record keeping purposes.
