In EventPass Configuration, you'll find options for customizing how your page is displayed to purchasers, how fees are presented, setting lot inventory, and more. We'll go through the four configuration options below. These features can be found by navigating to Suite > Passes > hover your mouse over the left hand side bar to expand > Configuration.
Location Configuration
Location Configuration allows you to manage the information and settings displayed to purchasers, including contact information, checkout fees, and more. To access these options, navigate to Suite > Passes > Configuration > Locations.
Customer Support Contact Information
This information will be included in emails sent to your customers. You will be able to add/adjust the following:
- Contact Name/Department
- Phone Number
- Website URL
- A disclaimer, along with the option to select which feature the disclaimer will be displayed for -CompPass and EventPass or SeasonPass.
Checkout Fee Display Settings
Configure how fees are presented to customers during checkout. You can choose to display itemized fees individually (by toggling the option on) or show only the total price (by leaving/toggling the option off.)
Display Name
You can change your Passes Location Display Name from the name we have in our system.
Theme Information
Add your information and files below to see an example of what your Passes webpage can look like on a desktop computer or laptop. You'll have the option to choose a Custom URL, a Primary Theme Color, and upload a photo for the Landmark Logo.
Note: The Passes webpage view may differ slightly on mobile devices.
Canonical URL
Configure a canonical URL to attribute SmartPass listing traffic to your own site. Search engines will use this URL to indicate where the content originally comes from.
Lot Configuration
In Lot Configuration, you can upload and manage the lot image displayed to purchasers, adjust presell inventory, and choose whether to display walking time from the lot to the venue.
Lot Image
Here, you can upload an image of the lot so purchasers can see what it looks like before checking out.
EventPass Presell Spots
Set the number of EventPass presell spots allowed per event. You can customize this number per event as needed on the EventPass creation page.
Display Walking Time Information
In EventPass, there is a toggle on the Lot Configuration page that gives parking operators the ability to control whether walking time information is displayed to drivers for each lot. When disabled, walking time and distance will not appear during the consumer purchase flow.
Please note the following:
- The toggle is enabled by default.
- The toggle works on a per-lot basis. Once turned on or off for a particular lot, the setting will persist across all listings unless manually changed.
Fees
Fee information will be included in emails sent to your customers. All taxes and fees on this page apply to this location for EventPass and SeasonPass.
Features
Under Features, you'll be able to select how or if you'd like to collect License Plate Information Collection. An admin can configure license plate information collection for specific lots with three settings:
- None: License plate information is not collected during or after checkout.
- Optional: License plate information can be entered during or after checkout.
- Required: License plate information must be entered during checkout.
