With contactless initiative being a priority at many venues and NFC payments on the rise, we suggest aligning your payment processing as well. JustPark Pay offers a new way to quickly and securely process parking payment methods, including: NFC, credit and debit cards, and contactless EMV payments at your operation!
Highlights:
- Able to process all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)
- Able to process all major e-wallets (Android Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
- Able to process tap-to-pay cards
- Competitive transaction fees
- JustPark is PCI Level 1 certified and recognized by the Global Visa PCI registry as a Level 1 provider (highest level you can achieve)
FAQs:
- I see the contactless icon on my handheld, but am unable to complete those transaction types - why isn't it working?
While our equipment is capable of accepting those payment types, it must be enabled through your merchant account/payment processor. "Gateway only" merchant configurations will allow you to swipe cards, but NFC will not be fully functional for all card brands and issuers without JustPark Pay.
- What do I do if I want to be able to accept NFC payments?
If you are interested in learning more about JustPark Pay or utilizing it at your venue, contact your CSM! This process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few days. We will walk you through the following steps:
- Have your people call our people. (Let your CSM know you are interested! We'll connect your financial representative with our payment expert to address any questions or concerns.)
- Cross a few t's and dot a few i's. (We will have a few documents for your team to complete to make sure your account is built and money is routed properly.)
- Take payments. (After we do some magic and testing on our side, you'll be able to start accepting payments right away.)
- How do I run an NFC transaction on my device?
Prime EMV:
If a customer would like to pay with their mobile wallet or "tap" their credit card, you will select the "card" icon (not contactless). Once you hear a beep, turn over your device. Request that your guest either touch their card to the reader or hover their mobile device over the reader. You will hear another beep when the card information is read successfully. Turn your handheld back over to see the response (successful or declined).
- What if I want to accept credit card payments via chip?
Note: You must have a ParkHub Pay account to use Prime EMV.
