Logging in and set-up
- After logging into Prime, select the correct lot and event where you will be transacting.
Running transactions:

Cash
- Press the Cash icon and “confirm” payment to process
- OR press and hold the icon for 3 seconds to bypass the confirmation screen -
Credit
- On the Ingenico EMV devices, insert the chip facing you and down into the Ingenico chip reader. The EMV devices also have the ability to accept tap-to-pay cards and all forms of NFC Contactless payments. Simply tap the card or NFC device to the front of the Ingenico Reader.
- If you get anything other than a green check mark, try the swipe again. If that does not work, it is likely a bad card/insufficient funds so request a new form of payment -
Prepaid Pass
- On the Ingenico EMV device, select the barcode option and center the passes barcode or QR code in the white square on your screen.

Lower your devices brightness (you can also put your phone into Dark Mode, by the toggle in the Status Drawer)
- Utilize "Low Power Mode"
- Avoid using the camera unless absolutely necessary

Lock the screen when you are not using it
