VIP parkers are added to events through the VIP Manager in Suite. To assist these guests during ingress, follow the steps below:

Scroll to and select “VIP Parking” from the Price Points screen. This should bring you to a list of guests that have been approved for parking in your lot.

Select your guest and confirm by pressing "Sure" to proceed.
You can confirm a VIP transaction was successful when you see the following screens:
