Exemptions can be made for non-revenue generating guests. This type of transaction will not charge the parker, but will keep transaction and lot inventory counts accurate. Reasonable uses for this type of transaction can include: owner, police, staff, etc. These options will be entered for specific lots by a supervisor before an event.
To assist an Exempt guest:

Scroll to and select "Exempt Parking" from the Price Points screen.
Select the type of exemption you want to process and confirm by pressing "Sure" to proceed.
You should receive a "Processing Exempt", then a "Transaction Complete" screen.
